Main Pricing Information

• To be discussed during the initial consultation, projects can either be charged at a day rate for the number of days the project work will run over or can be charged on a project lump sum basis.

• If the client work will be a recurring contract for work, then a deposit payment will be taken upon commencement of the works and payment dates can be discussed to reflect the duration of the work eg. if on a retainer for a year, following an initial deposit payment upon commencement of the work, payments will likely be made on a quarterly basis over the course of the year.

• All invoices have 30 days for payment to be made from date of issue. Any payments not made within these 30 days are subject to a 10% interest charge as per government legislation. Any payment still outstanding after 60 days from invoice issue may be subject to a 25% interest charge until payment is fulfilled.

Day & Hourly Rates

• DAY RATE: £250

• HALF DAY RATE: £175

• HOURLY RATE: £35

  * weekend work can be requested but ill be charged at a different rate to weekday work.
